Drink plenty
of water
You hear this phrase all of the time but its true. Water is essential
for virtually every function of the body. The average person needs eight 8-ounce
glasses a day. Make sure to drink water before, during and after exercise.
Avoid Excessive Alcohol Consumption
While recent studies show one drink
or a glass of wine a day can help protect against heart disease drinking more
than that can cause health problems such as kidney, liver disease as well
as cancer.
Keep a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive
connection between living well and having a
cheerful outlook on life. Remember
being happy is contagious.
