Carrie has been
a part of the health and fitness industry since she was a teenager. She started
becoming physically fit at the age of 18 and has not stopped since then. In 2003
Carrie started her competition career. She has competed in numerous local and
national fitness competitions. She ended up getting sponsored as an amateur athlete
something that is very tough in the extremely competitive world of competitions.
Prior to her competing Carrie was fitness modeling and was featured in many fitness
infomercials. She was featured in Bally's total fitness commercials, John Abdo
Bun and Thigh Doer Infomercial, Gogi Juice and she modeled for New Balance and
many more fitness companies. Carrie was the cover girl for the November- December
issue of Florida Physique magazine. Carrie was also the co-host to a very exciting
fitness entertainment pilot show called The Regimen that aired on sunshine network.
After Carrie decided to stop competing she was traveling around the world performing
a stationary trapeze act.
Carrie believes that you should never put limits
to anything that you want to accomplish in life. She had no background in gymnastics
but trained hard and long for many months before she could perform her first show.
This was one of her biggest accomplishments. It is no wonder that this competitive
nature and her unwillingness to give up makes her a great trainer and role model
to many.
Carrie is certified through ISSA as a certified fitness trainer
and certified in sports nutrition. She uses her knowledge from her Degree in Business
along with her great personality and networking ability to run a private personal
training Business. She looks forward to continuing educating and training clients
and making a difference in peoples lives.
